Paula Garcia

Paula García is a senior manager of energy justice research and policy in the Climate and Energy Program at the Union of Concerned Scientists. She evaluates energy resource and climate solutions in the electricity sector and works to further public understanding of clean energy technologies, policies and markets. Paula is committed to advance energy justice and sustainable development through her work.
